The journey from the airport to the apartment takes approximately 19 minutes.

The best way to arrive to the apartment is by Taxi /car

The GREEN BUTTON is located inside the parking area.

If it's your first time arriving from the airport and you don’t have the KEY or REMOTE to access the parking, you can leave your car in the yellow area. Then, walk through the pedestrian door using the code (Bell , 1 , 9 , 7 , 0 , Bell)  ) and press the green button to enter.

You can use the green button at any time to enter or exit the parking area.

The key-operated post is located on the exterior side of the

parking lot.

Remember to put the car over the yellow lines.

You can exit the parking lot by leaving your car in the yellow area and going out through the pedestrian door to turn the key.

The REMOTE will work and the GATE will open ONLY if you put the car over the YELLOW lines

The remote control for the parking garage operates on a single, alternating ENTRY/EXIT configuration. Each use of the remote toggles between these two modes.

How It Works

If the remote is initially set to ENTRY mode:

You can only use it to enter the parking garage.

After entry, the remote automatically switches to EXIT mode.

This alternating pattern continues with each use:

Entry → Exit → Entry → Exit, and so on.

Important Notes

If the garage door is open due to another vehicle entering or exiting, wait for the door to close completely before using your remote. This ensures your remote is

in the correct mode for your intended action.

If your remote doesn't seem to work, it's likely because your vehicle is positioned opposite to the remote's

current mode. In such cases:

Use the green button or the key provided for manual operation.

You may park in any available parking space, as there are no assigned spots for each unit. Please note that only one car is permitted per unit.

Stair 2 (YELLOW): Situated between the “Hotel Benalmádena Beach” and “Hotel Riviera.”

I prefer Stair 2 (YELLOW) for access.
